Maybe people here aren't from Ghana, or maybe quite frankly they just can't be bothered. Why don't you visit the tourist board, or google some tourist information. I'm sure you'll get the answers to your questions there.
It is a pitty that people can't pass information on to others. They should try to encourage visitors, rather than being unassisting. Or they should say that they have never been to Accra and don't be so unhelpful.
