I will like to draw the attention of my fellow Ghanaians to beware of transacting any form of business with Osbro Properties which is mainly advertised on Hot FM. I called to make some enquiries and I am afriad to say the experience I had with them is the least nothing to write home about. When I first called the office, the young lady who answered was very quick to distance herself from the company. Apparently there are two separate companies that share the same telephone number, this is something I found very unusual but there you go. Upon persistant calls to them, somebody finally spoke to me and promised to get an expect in my area of enquiry to call me back and that was over two months ago and till now I am still waiting for that phone call.
I do wonder if the station really cares. I'm sure as long as the owner of the company pays for his advertising, then the station may not care much. It would be interesting to see if anyone from the station has been made aware of if they would care to comment further, because I have heard some other worrying stories about this company myself. Kwame, thanks for bringing this to the attention of our fellow Ghanaians. I will try and get one of my friends (who is a client dealing with this company) to comment further.
I AM REALLY SURPRISED ABOUT THIS LIES ABOUT THE COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH A PROACTIVE AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN GHANA. THEIR INTERNATIONAL OFFICE IS SUPERB IN RESPONDING TO ALL CUSTOMER NEEDS AND THE SAME IS GHANA OFFICE. THEY COMPLETED MY PROJECT AT KOKROBITE THAT I HAD THOUGHT OF GIVING UP ON AFTER THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR MESSED ME UP.
I KNOW HOW SOME GHANAIANS ARE LIERS WHEN THEY SEE THE PROSPERITY OF THEIR FELLOW GHANAIANS ESPECIALLY AS THE COMPANY MANAGERS ARE YOUNG AND DYNAMIC GUYS. HOW MANY REAL ESTATE COMPANIES HAVE INTERNATIONAL OFFICE TO HELP THOSE OF US LIVING ABROAD? THEY ARE CREDIBLE AS THEY ARE REGISTERED, GREDA AND GREMA MEMBER AND WORKS AND HOUSING CERTIFIED.

Whoever claims that a house has been put up for you is a liar and crook urged to this.
The radio station fee is minimal compared to what is being gained hence beware, do not fall for this. I know of at least 3 persons right here in the UK who have paid vast sums for computer generated house pix to be built nearly 2 years now and the stories keep spinning. You know who they are and my resolve is to assist these folk in exposing you and if needs be 'sort you out' the same style you implore but ours will be dire.
Guys do not fall for any 'legendary' 'dynamic' crap as businesses and individuals describable as dynamic hardly have any issues of mistrust.

yes just for the fact that u are a registerd company in ghana but doing business in england should tell people something is wrong somewhere? the laws in england does not govern you so in case anything, you need a flight to ghana for the ghanaian real estate governing body to address your injustice.please fellow ghanaians do not give them a try,.thanks. IT IS AN ILLEGAL BUSINESS IN ENGLAND IN THE FIRST PLACE.
